Breaking Habit Day #2

                     Sometimes in life we have to overcome, whether it is proving we can work out every day. Publish a manuscript, run a successful business or be a better patient mother. These are the things I thought about today as I went up and down. We may not think we can do it, but I asked myself why not? We can be better if we want to become better. 
Sometimes it is good to stop and think, be present in the moment and to be thankful we are alive and breathing no matter what the circumstance.
